How do I set up a watchlist?
After signing up, go to your dashboard and click 'New Watchlist.' Enter your NAICS codes, keywords, states, set-asides, and dollar ranges. We'll start matching opportunities immediately.
How often will I get alerts?
Pro plan users receive daily morning emails with new matches. Starter plan users get daily digest emails. You can also choose weekly summaries in your notification settings.
What happens when an opportunity is amended?
We track amendments and modifications automatically. If a deadline changes or a solicitation is updated, you'll see it flagged in your next alert.
Can I manage watchlists for multiple clients?
Agency-level multi-client management is coming soon. Join the waitlist to get early access. In the meantime, Pro supports up to 5 watchlists which can be used for different clients.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Settings → Billing and click 'Cancel Plan.' Your access continues until the end of your billing period, no questions asked.
Can I get a refund?
Email us at support@samalerts.app within 7 days of your first charge and we'll make it right.
